Microphone and USB audio
C&O Recorder listens when you arm it and records when you press Record or the armed inputs detect sound. Audio, names, favourites and track information are stored in C&O Recorder on your iPhone or iPad. You can turn off microphone access for C&O Recorder in device Settings at any time.
Sharing and backups
C&O Recorder has no accounts, ads or analytics. Carne & Osso does not receive your recordings. When you export a WAV or copy it in Files, you choose its destination. Device backups may include C&O Recorder’s files according to your Apple settings.
Deleting recordings
Swiping Delete moves the take to Recently Deleted on your device. Restore it from About C&O Recorder. Deleting the app and its data removes its local library. Exported copies and device backups are managed separately.
